Day 1: ENTEBBE – KAMPALA
Met on arrival at the Entebbe International Airport by our Uganda Safari rep. You will be briefed on this 14 days Uganda camping safari tour. Later you will enjoy a short transfer to Kampala. You will be checked in at your Kampala hotel. On this day you are booked at Red Chilli Kampala on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2: KAMPALA – JINJA – MBALE
Start your day with an early breakfast in Kampala. You will depart to the second largest industrial town in Uganda, Jinja. This town is characterized by the Asian quarters, the brewery industries and the colorful gardens. You will visit the Source of the Nile from Lake Victoria and the monument of Gandhi. This 14 days Uganda camping safari tour will also go to the Hindu temple before you proceed to “Ntanda Falls”. These are spectacular rapids on the river Nile a few kilometers from the source. You can opt to try the unforgettable white water rafting at cost. This is one of the main attractions in Jinja. You will enjoy your lunch in Jinja where fresh fish tilapia and local food are served. Later in the afternoon proceed to Mbale for dinner and overnight camp at Mount Elgon Hotel.
Day 3: THE SIPI FALLS
Enjoy an early breakfast before you go for nature walk to the Sipi Falls. These are four spectacular waterfalls on the river Sipi. The river has its origins from Mount Elgon. The starting point is from Crow’s Nest, a camping and lodging site. This is also where community projects and training of local guides are organized. You will visit the caves and the plantations of coffee, matooke and sugar cane. Return back in time for lunch before you drive back to Kampala. Drop off will be at Red Chilli Kampala booked on bed and breakfast.
Day 4: KAMPALA – LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast your 14 days Uganda safari tour drives westwards to Lake Mburo National Park. You will have a stopover at the Equator for photographs. Proceed to your Lake Mburo National Park accommodation for check in and lunch. Some rest will prepare you for the evening game drive at 1600hrs. This is an ecosystem of water, wetland and savannah dominated by acacia trees. You will be looking for impalas, Ugandan kobs, warthogs, bushbucks, waterbucks and zebras. Also in your list should be oribi, topi, buffaloes, Ankole cattle, baboons and other monkeys. You will have dinner and overnight at the UWA Bandas.
Day 5: LAKE MBURO – QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast drive through Kihihi town to the Ishasha sector. This is the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. The road is particularly dirt and passes through the slopes of the hills. The area is has a wonderful landscape. You will stop for lunch before embarking on a game drive in search of the tree climbing lions. Later proceed to Katungulu to check in to your Queen Elizabeth budget accommodation. Your dinner and overnight will be at Albertine Rift Camp.
Day 6: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy an early breakfast before embarking on a Game drive. This will be at the Mweya peninsula and Kasenyi Plains in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Return to your lodge for lunch and some very short rest. In the afternoon go for the exciting launch trip along the Kazinga channel. This is a natural channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake George. You will see elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, hippos and many other water birds. On return you will proceed to Albertine Rift Camp in time for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: FORT PORTAL
After breakfast drive to Fort Portal and have lunch at the Rwenzori Travelers’ Inn. In the afternoon explore the area of Kasenda crater lakes. You will go through Rwaihamba to view the lake Nyinambuga and drive to the top of Rusoona hill. From here you can see the fascinating Mahoma Falls. Tourism here is a means for the local community to improve on the social services. From “top of the world” enjoy a superb view of the region and of many crater lakes. You will stop at the Royal Palace of Toro Kingdom for some historical and cultural information. Return back for dinner and overnight at Rwenzori Travelers’ Inn.
Day 8: FORT PORTAL – MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
Start your day on the 14 days Uganda camping safari tour with an early breakfast. This will be followed by early departure to Murchison Falls National Park. The park is located in the North. Murchison Falls National Park is the largest protected area in Uganda. It covers an area of 3.840 Kmsq, whose name derives from the falls on the Victoria Nile. The Murchison falls is one of the most attractive feature in the whole of East Africa. The drive takes you through Hoima where you will stop for lunch before you follow the coast of Lake Albert. The panorama is fascinating, especially when reaching the Albertine Rift Valley escarpment. You will proceed to Murchison Falls National Park through Masindi. Day 9 : MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

Day 11 – 13: SSESE ISLANDS
Full days spent in Sesse Island. You have an opportunity to explore the surrounding Lake Victoria Islands. This will be at a cost on you. You may also decide to take it easy and enjoy the fresh waters. Lake Victoria is the second largest fresh water lake in the world.
