Accommodation at Ol Tukai Lodge
There are 80 luxury chalet-style twin rooms. All the rooms have uninterrupted view of the wetlands or Kilimanjaro. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. Each of the rooms has private bath rooms and individual terraces. Ol Tukai Lodge has rooms allocated for special needs visitors.

Standard rooms accommodates two people together on a king size bed respectively with either a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro or the Elephant view.

Conscious of making the lodge accessible for our disabled guests, they have adapted two rooms. These rooms have either twin or king-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. They are easy to enter and leave.
The roms are near the main areas on the ground level with ramps leading to the doors. They have wider doorways into the room and bathroom. The in-room features are adapted to help guests with additional access requirements. The main areas are equally adapted for physical access.
Situated very close to all the amenities, two rooms have been designed in accordance to the EU standards to accommodate persons with disability. A door-ramp is in place for ease of access.
The furniture and room fittings are all within a reachable height. The bathrooms are specially fitted with flexible handle bars for support. These rooms lack in nothing.
Facilities at Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli
Lunch is served out on the veranda at Ol Tukai Lodge. On most occasions elephants, zebra and buffalo can be spotted meters away from the fence. The restaurant serves al a carte menus as well as set buffets.
Theme nights are held throughout the week at the lodge. They include barbecues and Swahili fish menus. In addition the kitchen has an in house vegetarian and Indian cuisine chef. For any special needs please speak to the chef. He will be more than happy to cater for your particular taste.
This is situated between the lounge and dining room. This open-air bar serves a wide selection of beers, cocktails, liqueurs and fresh fruit juices. Above the bar is a roof level deck. The deck offers a splendid panorama of the marshlands. You can also view Africa’s roof, the Kilimanjaro from here.
The crystal clear waters of the swimming pool are shaded by the occasional acacia tree. The pool deck has sun beds for relaxation. Here you can soak up the afternoon African sunshine before the evening game drive.
