Zanzibar

Zanzibar Island is locally known as Unguja. This is one of two main islands that make up the semi-autonomous state of Zanzibar. It is a partner state in the United Republic of Tanzania.

Moshi

Moshi sits at an altitude of 700 (south) to 950 (north) meters above sea level. With a borough population of less than 250,000 people. Moshi is the smallest municipality in Tanzania covering an area less than 23 square miles (59 square kilometers).

Kigoma

Kigoma is the main port, rail terminal and largest town on the coast of Lake Tanganyika. It had a rich history of involvement in slave and ivory trading in the yesteryear.

Dar es Salaam

Dar es Salaam was Tanzania’s capital city. It is the commercial capital and the largest city in the country. Located in southern Tanzania on coast of the Indian Ocean, Dar is a bustling, chaotic place, filled with life and color.
