Savute Region Safari

Days 1 and 2: Chobe National Park

Days 3 and 4: Savute Channel
You will enjoy a transfer out of the Delta to Savute Safari Lodge. You will be at the lodge for two nights. The lodge is situated on the banks of the Savute channel. This is part of the dynamic Savute eco system. It is renowned for its large concentration of elephant and large lion prides. The lodge has no personal communication services for its guests. All outside communication needs to take place from the reception. This adds a rush of excitement and allows for utmost privacy for guests.
Enjoy permanent viewing of the Savute ecosystem on Savute region safari. This can be done from the comfort of your private viewing deck. You can also approach the main lodge viewing deck. Here you can watch game at the water hole. Game drives on Savute region safari are by open 4×4 safari vehicles. The areas to be visited include the Savute Marsh. There are concentrations of Zebras between November and December. This occurs again between February and April as they search of ripe grasslands. This zebra migration is the second largest in Africa.

Day 5: Departure
You will begin your Savute region safari with an early breakfast. It is time to enjoy one last game drive before departure. This is as you are being transferred to the airstrip. You’ll fly to Maun International Airport.
