Day 1: Kampala –Murchison Falls National Park
Our Uganda safari guide will be ready to pick you up from your hotel in Kampala. You will be briefed on this 6 days Uganda safari tour before departure.
Drive through Kampala and Luwero triangle as you head to Masindi. You will stop for lunch at this small town before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park. You will arrive in the afternoon and head to the top of the falls.

About Murchison Falls National Park
Murchison Falls National Park is one of the best game parks to visit while in Uganda. The park is in the Murchison Conservation Area. This is where we also find the Bugungu and Karuma wildlife reserves.
The park is endowed with several attractions. That includes over 76 mammal species with four members of the big five. You will find the lion, the leopards, the elephants, and the Buffaloes.
Other species include bushbucks, Uganda kob, waterbucks and warthogs, giraffes, Jackson’s hartebeest, hyenas etc. Along the shores of the Nile and within the waters you will see lots of hippos and crocodiles.
There are lots of birds among other resident creatures. There also several primates in the Murchison falls national park. They include baboons and several monkey species.

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park

View Elephants, Buffaloes, Bushbucks, Lions, and a variety of bird species. Return back to your lodge in time for lunch. Later at 1345hrs you will proceed for a two-hour launch cruise.
This will take you to the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls. Here sinister water escapes from the narrow gorge. Along the way you may see the amazing hippos, crocodiles, water birds along the river banks.
You will return back to the Paraa Safari Lodge in evening. Your check-in will be in time for dinner and overnight at this lodge.
Day 3: Murchison Falls – Kibale Forest National Park
The day starts with and early breakfast. Your 6 days Uganda safari tour then departs to Kibale National Park. This will be a scenic long drive which will take approximately 8 hours.
You will go through Masindi and Hoima past Lake Albert. On a clear day, the view on the top of the Albert rift is spectacular. Enjoy some lunch before you head towards the legendary ‘Mountains of the moon’.
The drive traverses the scenic tea plantations to Fort portal. This historic town is in the foothills of the Ruwenzori Mountains. Your arrival will; be in time for hot shower, dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge.
About Kibale National Park
Kibale National Park contains one of the loveliest forest in Uganda. It also has one of the most varied tracts . Forest cover is interspersed with patches of grassland and swamp. This dominates the northern and central parts of the park on an elevated plateau.
The park is home to a total of 70 mammal species. They include 13 species of primate including the chimpanzee. It also contains over 375 species of birds.
Kibale adjoins Queen Elizabeth National Park to the south. This creates a 180km-long corridor for wildlife. It runs between Ishasha, the remote southern sector and Sebitoli.
The Kibale-Fort Portal area is one of Uganda’s most rewarding destinations to explore.
The park lies close to the tranquil Ndali-Kasenda crater area. It is within half a day’s drive of the Queen Elizabeth and Rwenzori Mountains. You can also access Semuliki National Parks as the Toro-Semliki Wildlife Reserve.
Day 4: Kibale Forest – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Begin this day of the 6 days Uganda safari tour with an early breakfast. You will report to the ranger station in Kibale National Park at 08.00am.
This is in time for a short briefing ob chimpanzee trekking in Kibale. Embark on chimp trekking accompanied by an armed ranger and a guide. These delightful apes, more closely related to humans than to any other living creature.
The Chimpanzees are tremendous fun to watch as they squabble and play in fruiting trees. The incredibly diverse forest is home to over 13 species of primates.
They include red Colobus monkey, the rare L’Hoest, blue monkey and grey mangabey. we also have pottos, black faced vervet monkeys, baboons and also bush babies.
After lunch you will leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Your entrance will be via the Northern crater Area. You will see beautiful lakes and rich grasslands which are set deep in the crater valley.
This gives Queen Elizabeth National Park truly the most breathtaking scenery. You will be at the Mweya Safari Lodge in time for dinner and overnight.
About Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park is in southwest Uganda. Leopards roam the Mweya Peninsula, which lies beside Lake Edward. Nearby Lake Katwe is a huge volcanic explosion crater.
Boats on the Kazinga Channel float past hippos and Nile crocodiles. Chimpanzees inhabit the Kyambura Gorge. Trails lead to bat caves in the central Maramagambo Forest. The Ishasha area is home to tree-climbing lions and shoebill storks.
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will enjoy an early breakfast at your Queen Elizabeth safari lodge. This will be followed by morning game drive. In Kasenyi area you will be able to see many elephants. Others to be seen on the 6 days Uganda safari tour include lions and hyenas.
You may also see Uganda kobs, waterbuck and bushbucks. You will return back to your lodge for some rest and lunch. In the afternoon you will have a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel. This gives you the opportunity to view wildlife up close.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth – Drive to Kampala
