South African Flying Safari
South African flying safari offers luxury accommodations. You will enjoy real wildlife experience on this tour. This South African flying safari takes you to two private reserves. You’ll experience Sabi Sands Private Reserve near Kruger. This is more of a Savannah eco-system. The other park is Phinda Private Reserve. This is in an area of riverine with ocean-marine access. South African flying safari also allows for some sightseeing-time in Cape Town.
Day 1: Cape Town
You’ll be met on arrival at Cape Town Airport. Enjoy a briefing on South African flying safari by our South African safari rep. You will then enjoy a transfer to your Cape Town Hotel. You will have your overnight at One & Only Cape Town. One & Only Cape Town is ideally located in the heart of the city’s harbor. This is near the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
Day 2 and 3: Cape Town
Today you will have a full day Private Peninsula tour. Your South African flying safari departs the city. You’ll drive along the Atlantic Seaboard past the coastal suburbs. These includes Sea Point, Bantry Bay and Clifton. The first stop will be for photo of the Table Mountain’s towering Twelve Apostles. Proceed on past Bakoven and Llandudno. These areas are marked by shipwrecks. You’ll proceed to the fishing village of Hout Bay. Aboard a boat you’ll proceed to the Cape Fur Seal colony on Duiker Island. This is only possible if the weather permits. The next morning you will have a full-day Winelands tour. This will also include Paarl and Stellenbosch. Overnight will be at One&Only Cape Town.
Day 4 – 6: Cape Town – Phinda Game Reserve
You will start the day early with breakfast. This is before your South African flying safari flies to Durban. You’ll be met upon arrival and be transferred to Phinda Game Reserve by road. Here you should look forward to exciting game-drives. These are done in open 4×4 safari vehicles. You’ll be under the guide of experienced rangers and Zulu trackers. There will be boat cruises, black rhino tracking and game walks. You’ve an optional excursion to the Indian Ocean for a day. This would be good to have a beach walk, snorkel or scuba dive. Activities include game viewing by vehicle, boat cruises, black rhino tracking at Mkuze and game walks. All your meals and overnight will beat Phinda Mountain Lodge.
Day 7 – 9: Sabi Sands Game Reserve
The South African flying safari start with an early breakfast. This will be followed by a transfer to the airstrip. You have a scheduled charter flight to Kruger Sabi Sands. Our driver guide will meet you on arrival. You will enjoy a transfer to your safari camp in Kruger Sabi Sands. Activities here include game drives in open land rovers. This will be accompanied by a game ranger and tracker. There will also be a night game drive in search of the nocturnal animals. Bush walks are also offered so as to spot all those things you missed on the drive. In between game drives, a visit to the local village can be scheduled. You will spend your 3 nights at Mala Mala Main Camp.
Day 10: Sabi Sands – Johannesburg
You wake up to an early breakfast today. Your South African flying safari then departs by scheduled charter flight to Mpumalanga. You will be in time for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg.
