The second days takes you on a full-day in the iconic Kruger National Park. You will be here to enjoy magical sunrise bushwalk along the Klaserie River. Evenings will be under the stars enjoying an authentic African bushveld braai (barbeque)

Your journey back to Johannesburg is by way of the celebrated Panorama Route. This route is popular for its spectacular scenery. Your 3-day Kruger safari tour takes you to Marc’s Treehouse Lodge. This South African safari lodge is in the Motlala Game Reserve. This is home to 3 of the Big 5 (rhino, buffalo and leopard) and an plenty of antelope. Motlala Game Reserve falls within the Greater Kruger National Park. It is located to the iconic Kruger Park. This is the major tourist attractions of the Hoedspruit region.
The tented accommodation at Marc’s Treehouse Lodge is rustic but comfortable. The canvas safari tents are tucked away in a woodland. They grove with the sights, sounds and scents of the wild African bush. This creates an authentic African safari experience.
Each safari tent is well equipped for comfort and convenience. They include electric fans and mosquito nets. Guests enjoy watching the parade of animals within the lodge. This is as they come down to the Klaserie River on their private wooden deck overlook the Klaserie River.

Detailed 3 Day Kruger Safari Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Johannesburg to Motlala Game Reserve
Meet and greet upon arrival for the Kruger Safari Tour by our safari guide. You will have a short briefing on the 3-day Kruger safari tour. This will be followed by departure to the private game reserve. On arrival at your Game Lodge we leave on a 3-hour sunset game drive. This will be in an open sided Land cruiser in search of the Big Five.
The sunsets over the bush are magnificent followed by nightfall. With the aid of a spotlight you’ll scout for the nocturnal animals. This is as they roam this African wilderness in the dark.
Dinner is a bush braai (barbecue) cooked over an open fire. This is at the Marula Tree Boma under a canopy of stars.
Dinner over, you’ll continue the search for prowling predators as you head back to our lodge. With luck we may see lion, hyena, jackal or perhaps the elusive leopard.
Back at your private lodge you may unwind in your en-suite, air-conditioned chalets. You can decide to wander in the sub tropical garden. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge.
Day 2: Kruger National Park
Your day on Kruger Safari Tour starts with an early hearty breakfast. This will be followed by boarding the open sided game viewing vehicles.
You will head out to Orpen Gate, Kruger National Park. The elevated safari vehicle is ideal for game spotting and photo opportunities.
The game drive will concentrate the search in the Orpen / Satara area of the Park. Satara is renown as an excellent game viewing area.
The bush is open and there are large plains that support vast herds of giraffe, zebra and other antelope. These always draw hungry predators as there are many food opportunities on offer.
The Satara region boasts one of the largest concentrations of lions in Africa. At the end of an exciting day we head off to the delightful Treehouse Camp. This is in a private game reserve near Kruger National Park. You will relax around the campfire reliving our unforgettable bush experience.

Kruger National Park is largest game reserve in South Africa. This South african National Park is larger than Israel. It is 2 million hectares of land that stretch for 352 kilometres from north to south. This is along the Mozambique border.
Kruger National park is home to great wildlife. Expect an utmost indescribable African wildlife experience. It ranks with the best in Africa and is the flagship of the country’s national parks.
The Kruger park itself was established in 1898. This is after twelve-year crusade to conserve the Lowveld wildlife by Paul Kruger. It is from him that the park takes its name.

Day 3: Private Game Reserve to Johannesburg
This is the last day of your Kruger Safari Tour in South Africa. You will begin this day of Kruger Safari Tour early. With an armed game ranger, you will head into the bush to explore on foot.
The silent approach means you are able to get up close to the animals. This is safe in the knowledge you will be with our armed game ranger.
The ranger is a bush expert and will point out various interesting details. They include animal tracks, scats, insects and birds. You will drive back to camp for breakfast.
Your Kruger Safari Tour will then head out via the Drakensberg Escarpment. This is as you leave back to Johannesburg.
This route takes you on the scenic Panorama Route. It includes sections of the Blyde River Canyon. It is one of the places which is Three Rondavels viewpoint.
You will arrive back into Johannesburg at about 17h00. You will have a dropp off at your accommodation of choice. For those departing, proceed to Oliver Tambo International Airport for drop off.
