Many years ago the area where Kili Villa is located has been returned to nature. This was after it had served as a sisal plantation. Without any active encouragement, wildlife has already begun to return. They are confident that the land is safe and that water and grazing are plentiful.

The Kili Villa is located within the borders of the larger estate. The security of the resident wildlife and its habitat are assured. There are over two hundred species recorded around the Kili Villa. They include Zebra, Wildebeest, Eland, Kudu, Grants Gazelle, Thompson Gazelle and Gerenuk.

There are also Dik Dik, Bushbuck, Duiker, Impala and lots of birds. This is a sign that the rejuvenated bush already houses a complex and self-sustaining ecosystem. Arusha National Park is not far away from the establishment. The park offers more of Tanzania’s nature treasures in terms of beautiful landscapes and wildlife.
