Zanzibar

Zanzibar Island is locally known as Unguja. This is one of two main islands that make up the semi-autonomous state of Zanzibar. It is a partner state in the United Republic of Tanzania.

Kafue National Park

Chipata

Chipata, which was known as Fort Jameson in pre-independence days, was the administrative capital of Northeastern Rhodesia from 1899 to 1911.  The town is now a busy, trading centre and as a result of its history, has an interesting “old quarter”.

Murchison Falls National Park

Murchison Falls National Park, locally known as Kabalega National Park is situated at the end of the Albertine Rift Valley and it is Uganda’s oldest and largest safari park. Murchison is located 305 kilometers north of Kampala in Masindi District and can be accessed by road or flights.

Kidepo Valley National Park

Kidepo Valley National Park is Nestled in the wild frontier region of Uganda  and is apparently the most isolated national park in Uganda. Kidepo Valley Mational Park is still stands out to be one of the best virgin places every wildlife viewer can ever visit in Uganda.
